• Promote the European Commission's Global Gateway initiative. The Global Gateway is an EU initiative launched in 2021, aiming to invest up to €300 billion by 2027 in sustainable infrastructure worldwide. It focuses on key sectors like digital innovation, green energy, transport, healthcare, and education, promoting smart, clean, and secure global connections. The initiative emphasizes equal partnerships, transparency, and addressing global challenges such as climate change.

    • Strategy Development: I conceptualized the overall social media strategy, defining the messaging, platforms, and content style. I determined that YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook would be the primary channels for reaching our audience.

    • Platform Strategy:

      • Instagram & Facebook: Focused on short, impactful stories paired with visuals to engage a broad audience.

      • YouTube: Used for in-depth storytelling through video content.

    • Content Concept: Developed the idea of featuring four "heroes" whose lives had been positively impacted by Global Gateway initiatives, sharing their stories across these platforms.

    • Execution: I managed the content calendar and coordinated with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets.

  • We created the #WhoWeAre campaign on social media by sharing stories of special individuals who benefited from Global Gateway.

    • Increased Engagement: The campaign successfully attracted attention across all platforms, with strong engagement on Instagram and YouTube.

    • Cross-Channel Consistency: The use of multiple platforms created a cohesive narrative that resonated across different audience demographics.
